Paul “Moose” Curtis is a graffiti artist who instead of using paint, uses water. He’s developed a “reverse graffiti” technique that involves using cleaning methods (such as power washers) and stencils to create “green” works of art on dirty surfaces. Definitely an interesting concept and platform for art, this is worth the watch.
