People are afraid of the future, of the unknown. If you face up to it, and take the dare of the future, you can have some control over your destiny. Surely it is better to try, even if you at first fail, than waiting with everybody else to see what is going to happen.

Live in the present, remember the past, and fear not the future, for it does not exist and never will exist. There is only now, and things become increasingly clear when you stay anchored in the now.
